Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in orange zest and juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
