- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons tahini or creamy sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil and spices, then roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing tahini with a little water, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Once roasted, toss chickpeas in the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
