Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Dip stuffed jalapeños in olive oil, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
