- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 16 meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Transfer meatballs to a skillet with marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread for a complete meal.
