  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce or honey mustard sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, and soy sauce, then pour over the chicken.
