- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cooked rice for serving
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken thighs for 30 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside.
- Add broth and rice vinegar to the skillet, bringing to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
- Serve chicken over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, with garlic ginger broth on the side.
