  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken thighs for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add broth and rice vinegar to the skillet, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through and glazed.
  5. Serve chicken over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, with garlic ginger broth on the side.
