- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder; pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred chicken using two forks and stir in pineapple chunks.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
