- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss to coat evenly, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
