- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground turkey with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together additional soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the glaze.
- Brush the meatballs with the glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil to the mixture.
