Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix ground turkey with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili flakes.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together additional soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the glaze.
  6. Brush the meatballs with the glaze and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
