Instructions
- Mix honey and minced chipotle peppers to create the marinade.
- Marinate chicken slices in the honey-chipotle mixture for 20 minutes.

- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until tender.
- Assemble bowls with rice, grilled chicken, sautéed peppers, and garnish with cilantro and lime.
