- 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread into 1.5-inch thick rounds and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
- Melt butter with minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Brush the bread bowls with the garlic butter and bake for 10 minutes until lightly crispy.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with Parmesan, basil, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Fill the garlic bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture, top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
