Instructions

- Remove sausage from casings if using links, and mix with cheese, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm garnished with herbs or freeze for later use.
