Instructions

- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Spread basil pesto evenly over the pastry, leaving a border at the edges.
- Decorate the tree with cherry tomato halves and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.
