- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
- Add chicken broth, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to combine. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with additional rosemary.
