Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce (if using), and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined andSauce thickens slightly.
- Mix in cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
