- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return beef to skillet. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; cook for 2 minutes, mixing well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

- Use thinly sliced beef for quicker cooking.
- You can substitute vegetables based on availability.
