Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar; stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until flavors meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
