Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place steaks in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the skillet and spoon the melted butter over the steaks.
- Cook for an additional minute, then remove steaks and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- Use a cast-iron skillet for best searing results.
- Add a splash of red wine or balsamic vinegar to elevate the sauce.
