- 8 oz. chow mein noodles
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, carrots, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste for extra saltiness.
- Use any vegetables you prefer or have on hand.
