- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into squares or rounds.
- Place a spoonful of pulled beef in the center of each piece.
- Optional: sprinkle cheese over the beef.
- Brush edges with beaten egg, fold or roll pastry to enclose filling, and seal edges.
- Brush tops with egg wash and make small slits for venting.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
