- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, mix tahini, honey, and lemon juice to make the drizzle.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower and serve warm garnished with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
