- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat skillet over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook another 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and butter to the skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken and green beans. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add green beans, cook uncovered for another 5 minutes until tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust lemon juice for more tang.
- Optional: Add red pepper flakes for heat.
