- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes

- 8 ounces cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef; cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir in basil and oregano. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and stir until heated through.
- Ladle soup into bowls, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and garnish with fresh basil.
