Instructions
- Place beef, garlic, soy sauce, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the beef is tender.
- Remove beef, shred, and return to the pot.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Divide noodles into bowls, ladle hot broth and beef over noodles.
- Top with boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
