Instructions
- Brown the beef cubes in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, add vegetables, seasonings, and diced tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours until beef is tender.
- Adjust salt and pepper, serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.
