- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in bell peppers, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
