- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken strips into buffalo sauce, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Use whole wheat breadcrumbs for a healthier option.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
