Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to create marinade.
- Add chicken chunks, toss to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices, and serve hot.
