- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, and avocado slices.
- Drizzle with salsa and serve immediately.
