- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add spices and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces, cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier result.
- For spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
