  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
