- 8 oz noodles (rice or wheat)
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over chicken and garlic, stirring to coat.
- Add cooked noodles and bell peppers, toss well to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
- Adjust soy sauce and honey for preferred sweetness and saltiness.
