- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, garlic, and herbs.
- Serve meatballs with gravy alongside creamy mashed potatoes. Garnish with additional herbs.

- Optional: add a splash of red wine to the gravy for enhanced flavor.
