- 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each fillet with pineapple chunks and brush with the honey-soy mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is flaky and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- You can substitute canned pineapple for fresh.
