- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken breasts and potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle remaining seasoning over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
