- 3-4 lb beef roast (top sirloin or ribeye)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade evenly over the beef roast.
- Place the beef on a roasting rack in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the honey marinade.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
