Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Mix cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup and cooked rice.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.

- Feel free to add in mushrooms or other vegetables for extra flavor.
- For a spicier kick, include diced jalapenos.
