- 14 oz can of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, stirring well to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, until hot and bubbly.
- Stir well and serve warm with baguette slices and vegetable sticks.
