Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked chicken, cream cheese, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
