- 2 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, cream cheese, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Mix in steamed cauliflower and shredded cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to add spinach or other leafy greens for extra nutrition.
- Use pre-cooked or leftover chicken for convenience.
