- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While baking, combine cranberry sauce and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Serve meatballs warm with cranberry sauce drizzled on top or as a dip.
