- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and place in mini muffin tins or on the baking sheet.
- Top each with a slice of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Brush edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
