Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add orzo pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
