  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar to make the swirl filling.
