Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon bites in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Prepare rice and set aside. Toss vegetables with a little oil, salt, and pepper, then air fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
