- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 4 large low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Lay a low carb tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of sour cream (if using) in the center.
- Add a portion of cooked meat, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a round crunchwrap, pinching edges to seal.
- Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
Notes
- Use thinly sliced vegetables for easier wrapping.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for extra flavor.
