- 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sautéed green peppers and onions
- 2 large low-carb tortillas or cheese-based wraps
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper, then cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté peppers and onions until tender.
- Place beef, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese on the tortillas, then roll tightly into logs.
- Optional: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes to melt cheese and crisp the rolls, or serve immediately.
