- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and flour. Mix in sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving. Garnish with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for smooth batter.
- Chill the cheesecake at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
