Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and flour. Mix in sour cream.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving. Garnish with cinnamon sugar if desired.
